Historical & Classics

Lapsang Souchong

It is said to have been Winston Churchill's favorite tea. It’s notes of smoke, round woods, wet forest and fireplace, are also a little reminiscent of the notes of tobacco. Perfect to accompany cheese, creams, smoked salmon and fresh vegetables, as well as chocolate or caramelized fruit desserts or cakes. One of the favorite teas of the English Royal House.

A selection of excellent quality, which stands out for it’s balance. The tea leaves of organic origin are carefully picked and exposed to contact with fresh Jasmine flowers. These flowers are removed to avoid bitterness, thus leaving only their perfume impregnated in the leaf. A delicious tea. Jasmine teas go very well with all pastries, especially with sweets and cakes that contain chocolate, as the silky texture in the mouth creates contrasts with the sweetness of cocoa.
